Our collective and diverse backgrounds have taken us to many unique corners of the globe working on some incredibly interesting projects in the sports & entertainment sector. We’re most proud of all of the opportunities listed below were from colleagues that sought us out. Some started with a specific question of “Can you do this for us?” and others began simply over a drink while discussing a problem and a desire to identify a solution which led to a formal relationship.

As our business grew, we gained confidence in what projects our team could execute at the highest level and others that, even if our accountant might advise us otherwise, we respectfully passed on and referred the business to other firms that were better positioned to do the job.

Creative Support

PCG assists properties in developing world-class creative sponsorship decks for new business and renewals. Our team specializes in crafting effective storylines for any pitch and adding a strong and compelling tool in securing a new partnership.

 

Health Checks

PCG serves as an independent third-party to confidentially interview and discuss the temperatures of a portfolio of sponsors’ feelings toward a specific property. Deliverables include a confidential report outlining key-learnings, areas of improvements and recommendations.

 

Inventory Audits

PCG is repeatedly asked to do on-site visits to properties to identify and outline specific non-traditional inventory for the sponsorship team to take to the marketplace. Deliverables include a detailed report outlining new inventory concepts and specific recommendations for target prospects.

 

Sponsor Summits

PCG has answered the call to more than 50 properties to plan, execute, host and present at annual Sponsor Summits. Deliverables include content creation, invitation coordination, securing speakers, logistics and management of all sponsor summit details.

 

Staff Training

PCG has aggregated best practices in the areas of fan development, ideation, sponsorship sales and ticket sales and has hosted one-day internal training seminars to help, in the words of one of our clients, “bring more oxygen into our sales efforts.” Deliverables include customized best practices resource book, ongoing support and Webinars.
